Got questions about Espresso Arts Catering? Chances are, we’ve answered it here:
Q. Are there special electrical or water requirements?
A. We bring all the water we need. For electricity, all we need is a standard wall outlet or two, depending on the size of your event. If more than one outlet is required, we provide 30ft extension cords to access separate circuits at the event site.
Q. How large are your carts?
A. Our small espresso cart is 31″ by 4′. Our large espresso cart is 34″ by 4′. We use multiple small carts and tables depending on the specific needs of an event.
Q. Can Espresso Arts Catering set up anywhere?
A. Yes! Our small carts fit through standard size doors and our large cart fits through handicapped accessible doors. A nominal additional set up fee is incurred if our equipment has to be manually carried into an event site due to accessibility issues. We love outdoors services too, so long as overhead protection is provided.
Q. How much space is needed for the carts and staff?
A. A single machine service takes up no more than a 4′ by 6′ service area. A double machine service or larger may need 6′ by 6′ or 8′.
Q. What is included in the price?
A. All set up, breakdown, product, staff, and gratuity is included in the quoted price.
Q. What cups do you use?
A. We bring white paper cups. We will gladly serve from china provided by you, your caterer or rental service.
Q. Where do you serve and are there travel charges?
A. We serve all of Oregon and Washington. Travel charges are not incurred for events within the greater Portland/Vancouver area. Please call for travel charges outside of this area.
Q. Is Espresso Arts Catering insured?
A. We are fully licensed and insured with $2,000,000 in liability insurance. We happily provide documentation if requested.
Q. Does Espresso Arts Catering need to see the site before service?
A. Typically all details about a site can be obtained via a phone conversation. The client is responsible for accessibility and adequate electricity at the event site. There is a nominal fee for an on-site evaluation.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Check or cash is preferred, but we can accept all major credit cards.
